2. Installer authorization

Open READYCARE-INSTALLER-KEY.txt in this domain folder using cPanel File Manager. The file is deleted after successful installation.

3. Application location

Leave this at the suggested cPanel-home path unless you have a reason to change it.

4. ReadyCare database

Automatic setup is enabled. ReadyCare will ask cPanel to create a new MySQL database, generate a database user/password, grant access, test it, and save the credentials directly into the private application configuration.

cPanel adds its own account prefix automatically.

Used only if local cPanel UAPI is unavailable.

Usually blank. If requested, create a temporary token in cPanel → Security → Manage API Tokens. ReadyCare never writes this token to disk.

Advanced: use an existing database instead

Only use this if your host blocks cPanel database automation.

5. Facility and first unit

6. First administrator

7. Demo floor

Recommended while we build. Do not use this first-round system with real PHI.

8. Install

This will automatically provision the ReadyCare MySQL database/user through cPanel, extract Laravel into the private cPanel-home folder, create the encryption key, install dependencies, migrate the schema, create your administrator and lock the installer.
